Disappointment first since most people check reviews to see if the negative is relevant to them: I don't know how long vibrators typically last. It worked without any sign of failure right until it finally died, and it died hard and sudden. My biggest disappointment wasn't in the failure-- all that shaking is BOUND to knock something loose-- but in the cheapness of the screws that hold it together. I stripped EVERY screw trying to get it open just to figure out what went wrong... And I'm disappointed because I REALLY LIKED this vibe. Honestly the ONLY REASON I am giving it a 4/5 is because of the screws... I'm the kind of person who would rather repair something than trash it.

Ok onto the positive: I love this thing. I love how you can adjust the intensity from high to low to high to low with an easy dial. I love the size of it for my hand. I struggle with arthritis, and this has been nice. I also have some nerve issues, and using it as a body massager is really helpful. Clean it up and run it on the side of the leg. Hurts like hell, but that's how I know it's doing what it needs to. I'm considering buying it again.
