These strap-on briefs are an alternative to a harness. They are made from a fairly tough, breathable fabric that feels a bit like swimsuit fabric. They are a really sturdy construction to give support and to hold on tight to whatever is placed through the O-ring. They take dildos with a flared base or a suction cup and will take all but the biggest dildos. We tried an 8-inch one for example. They are not like delicate sexy underwear, more like Spanx but they are certainly more comfortable than a harness.
