I bought this as being a plus-size lady find bustiers like this a hard fit. Once arrived in usual Lovehoney style, had to try it. I ordered the biggest size due to my shape, and after some easy adjusting of the back the fit was perfect. Helped by slightly stretchy material. My OH had been dying for me to have something like this, so this was a big hit. The lace over the cups is a lovely touch. Material is very figure hugging but does get warm, which is to be expected. The added-string is very nice and comfortable, although will be getting the shorts for variety. Love the zip front. Boning seems very sturdy.

Delivery to Sweden took about a week, which is a few days longer than usual, but there are mail delays because of the virus. The bustier set comes in a clear plastic bag, packaged in a plain cardboard box. This design is absolutely gorgeous and really kinky. Both the bustier and the matching thong are really well made. The leather look fabric is stretchy and feels very soft on the inside. The bustier comes properly pre-laced, with the cords meeting in the middle. The cord on the back is strong and sturdy. The lace-up parts on the breasts and sides of the bustier are lined with transparent mesh on the inside to keep everything in place. The cord there is elastic so that it can better adjust to my body. To maintain its shape, the bustier has four plastic bones in the front and four in the back. Additionally, the entire front has mesh lining, which helps tuck in my tummy. There also is a piece of fabric behind the zipper, so I don't have to worry I'll accidentally pinch my skin when zipping up the bustier. I'm a UK dress size 14-16, bra size 38DD/ 38E, 5'5'' tall and got this set in 1X / 2X. The bustier fits perfectly. Putting it on and adjusting the lacing on the back isn't particularly hard. Since the fabric is stretchy, there is no point in overdoing it and pulling really hard, like you would do with a corset. I tightened it just enough so that it fit me right. There still was a lot of extra cord, so this 1X / 2X should comfortably fit up to UK size 20. The bustier smooths out my love handles, hugs my figure and looks amazing on me! It is super comfortable to wear even for longer periods. I try to maintain a straight posture so as not to bend the boning. The matching thong is made of the same leather-look material and has cotton lining on the inside in the crotch. The straps are elastic and create a double ''T'' or sideways ''H'' on the back, which is quite flattering. I have an hourglass body type and the size fits me just right. I surprised my partner with this set and he absolutely loved it! The bustier would also work great for a fetish event, paired with black leggings and high heels. I'm always careful when washing such materials. I hand-wash, lay them flat to air dry, fold and store them in my drawer. Overall I absolutely love this bustier set! It fits well, looks incredibly sexy, makes me feel amazing and is reasonably comfortable. I highly recommend it, especially if you're into kinky stuff!

Bought out my inner boss

Firstly, I'd like to say thank you to Lovehoney for sending me this set in exchange for an honest review. It arrived very quickly in the usual plain cardboard box (easy to recycle) and is packaged in a plain cellophane bag. I took the set out and had a good look, discovering a full-length zip in the front and a full-length and adjustable (perfect fit here I come!) lacing in the back. While not actually boned it does have some stiffening to give shape and support. I'd expected a stiff material but it's actually incredibly soft. The lacing over the cups isn't adjustable and has a very fine net behind it. The lacing over the hip isn't adjustable either but that's not a problem as the adjustment can be tailored just through the rear lacing. The G-string is a simple design but very attractive. I'm an 18/20 and it fitted me perfectly. As a 38DD in most High Street brand bras, I found the cups a little too large and wished the lacing had been adjustable (but you could always snip the laces and pull them in a little if you needed to). The bustier has no shoulder straps so this shows your decolletage and shoulders off beautifully. I'd tried it on, adjusted for me, checked I looked good then just had to wait for my partner to come home to get his opinion. This is something I always do with lingerie but this time I was wearing it on the hottest day of the year and found the material very clammy - I strongly suggest not getting too active while wearing it if it's a hot and sultry evening. Glowing while wearing it is lovely. Slipping out of it accidentally because you're excessively sweating is not! Luckily, I'd thought ahead and put a few steel and glass toys on ice. Steel, particularly, complements this set perfectly. So, my partner gets home to me standing in the doorway with my old riding crop in my hand. I could tell he was impressed by the wicked glint in his eyes when I demanded he lock the door and get upstairs immediately. It's nice to have an obedient partner sometimes. I own several lingerie sets that are pretty and feminine and also one fishnet and faux leather one (which we both love), but I've not tried anything like this before and it struck me later how wearing something you wouldn't necessarily consider can really ramp things up in the bedroom. If you're reading this you probably are thinking about buying this set. I'd say, especially if it's a departure from your usual, go for it. I found it comfortable and easy to wear (I loved the front zip and the peephole laced cups), but most importantly it gave me a slightly different outlook and made me feel more confident in saying exactly what I wanted while wearing it. It didn't turn me into a dominatrix overnight but I can see how a set like this can work to bring out your inner boss lady. The only thing I'd add is to make sure you have plenty of ice (or steel/glass toys) handy to cool things down, whatever the weather!

A fitted fierce treat

I’m a big fan of the ‘Fierce’ range and have a few items, so when I was invited to review some new items in the range I couldn’t believe my luck. A fitted bustier is not something I would usually go for as being plus size I often go for something a bit more flowing. Upon arrival in the normal excellent discreet brown box, I was excited to get into it quickly and admire this item. The first thing I often worry about with leather-look items is the possibility of a plastic smell (like a cheap shoe shop) but luckily this item didn’t have any noticeable smell upon opening the sealed plastic bag. As with the other items I’ve had in the range, I was impressed with just how much the material really does look like leather, the only give away is that it has a good amount of stretch in the material which is something I definitely appreciate being plus size. The front is mainly the leather-look material with a black zip featuring a chrome zipper with boning either side of it. The bottom sides feature a slit cut out which is laced up with black elastic in a corset style. Either side of the zip at the top are mesh triangles with corset-style elastic detailing which means your breasts and nipples will be visible through the thin mesh which I was really looking forward to seeing. The back is a corset style with a shoelace type string. This one is tied in a bow so can be used to adjust the fit and once adjusted can stay tied, as the zip on the front is used to get in and out. Either side of this fastening is some vertical boning to reinforce the shape. Getting it adjusted wasn’t too easy, I had to adjust the corset back and then try it on and repeat. However, it only took a couple of attempts to get it fitted nicely. I have 38C breasts and it pushed them up and held them nicely with my nipples just sticking out through the fine mesh. Once on it looked good and wasn’t so tight that it was uncomfortable, however, I wouldn’t want to wear it for too long, to be honest. The knickers are basically a ‘V’ shape made out of the leather effect material and the rest is just elastic making up the waistband and thong back, again they weren’t too uncomfortable and completed the look overall. Overall this was a nice item that was made me feel empowered and in control. It wasn’t comfortable enough to want to wear for a long time, but as a lingerie item, it was good and certainly got my husbands blood pressure up!

Zip is a massive fail

Ok to start with the good part.Its looks and feels amazing.The knickers fit perfect for the size range its intended for.When its on briefly it looks the part and also feels great for both parties top marks as always on that front. However the zip really lets this product down.My partner is a size 14 and 36e bust. We have numerous underwear from LH and they always seem to fit well.But we can not get the zip to stay up on this unless you do not move literally at all.I would say unless a catch is added to the top where the zip is or unless you have no bust this item will just come undone even if you dont want it to. The back is exellent and forgiving for with draw strings and feels comfortable on but we just ended up in fits of laughter when we realised the zip would never stay put. For a product thats meant to be close fitting if you have large bust or over a certain dress size this item will not work sadly.It either needs a size range added or a much better zip.
