Love the concept

I've been in search of the perfect toy in this realm, but they're exceptionally hard to come by. I now have three items trying to fulfill this void, with this one coming in second place. The first place one is a piece of real leather not available here, and you can put your choice of dildo in. That one however doesn't have a gag, which is somewhat the problem with this.
