Inside the top half of the head of the pump is all pvc which is disappointing, if the head of this pump was hollow like the rest of the pump then this would probably fit nicely but upon entering the pump I almost max out the length and girth before I’ve started pumping and then actually do max out the length and girth after 1 pump! Basically if you measure up to 7 inches or more then avoid this pump and get something bigger. Dimensions should probably be included in the description!

Great pump but breaks

I love this pump the only problem is that the tube tends to break near the pumping device. The tube is too small and fragile. I've had about 6 of these devices and the same thing happens after about 2 months. I've even tried hanging it so it doesn't kink when not in use. Otherwise it's an amazing pump.

Great pump but breaks

I love this pump the only problem is that the tube tends to break near the pumping device. The tube is too small and fragile. I've had about 6 of these devices and the same thing happens after about 2 months. I've even tried hanging it so it doesn't kink when not in use. Otherwise it's an amazing pump.

Great item

This is a great item! The pressure is quite strong to be careful not to pump too hard when switching from another type to this one, as it seems very different in pressure.This one seems to increase girth much more than another one I used. Who doesn’t like extra girth? Once use to it, as recommended pumping for 10 mins no longer than 30 mins, this pump is very comfortable and as it’s the correct size for me, there’s no excess room in the cylinder to have to pump pressure into which I’m sure helps when using to get the desired effect.One negative is the cylinder is clear but steams up, another is that the release valve is in an awkward position and should really be on the pump not the cylinder in my opinion but is the design of this one, so can’t complain too much. The attractive shape on the outside doesn’t reflect the inside, it’s a straight cylinder for inserting and shaped like a penis on outside. This is simply decorative in my opinion and serves no purpose really being shaped like this. I’ve used this quite a few times now. It produces an impressive effect which I am happy with. The quality of the build is very good, apart from the pumping bulb which doesn’t appear like it’s as good quality as others so may not last as long as others but we will see.

Smaller than you think!

After reading all the reviews I decided to get myself one of these and it’s actually a bit small. Inside the top half of the head of the pump is all pvc which is disappointing, if the head of this pump was hollow like the rest of the pump then this would probably fit nicely but upon entering the pump I almost max out the length and girth before I’ve started pumping and then actually do max out the length and girth after 1 pump! Basically if you measure up to 7 inches or more then avoid this pump and get something bigger. Dimensions should probably be included in the description!

All you need, three-in-one toy

A marvellous thing :) Used it to increase/maintain my erection before and during sex. Also wear it as a penis extension. And use it as a dildo. It seems big (huge) at first but with the lube it is perfect. My wife absolutely went wild! After an op to clear cancer left me with ED (60% use of what I had) this thing has not only fixed things, it’s made sex for my wife and I even better than before! This thing really is a three in one marvel! If you are suffering ED for whatever reason this is the pump to get. The fact that it’s anatomically correct and has the valve at the base (air is still drawn from the tip but with no outward tube/hole at the tip) means it can be inserted. At least I think this is why. It’s design can’t be an accident and after reading another reviewer use it in this way we bought it. Increases my penis to 80% length and wider than it’s ever been. The effects go quite quickly but short frequent uses have a cumulative effect. Also important is it kind of woke my penis up - returned it’s flacid size to normal. I use it for short times each day which is giving a lasting difference. Like other reviewers say, it would be nice if the valve was more robust and positioned down and away so to speak so that during penetration it doesn’t obstruct - it’s not really in the way but you just have to be aware of it. Maybe they could put more of it inside the silicon sides.
