Let me start by saying I usually don’t go for Kegel balls and the only real reason that I would is for more tightening rather than pleasure. Unfortunately I struggle to make it out of the bedroom before my knees are quaking! I'm not sure wether this means I should wear them more or less. I'm going with more!

I couldn't wait to open them. When I opened the packaging my immediate reaction was wow, these are a bit big, I don't think that they will fit. It does come with instructions which I followed. It didn't feel heavy at all, but it did not feel pleasurable. I kind of felt like I wanted to pee more, but I carried on for about 2 hours then I removed it. Removal was fairly easy, pull the silicon cord and it pops out. A little uncomfortable but not unbearable. I tried the single Kegel a second day, but I pushed it up as far as it could go. I had it in for slightly longer. I didn't feel like I needed to pee this time, but it was the same again, no pleasure. I didn't know what the fuss was all about. So on the third day I decided just to go for it. I attempted to put the double Kegel in. This took a bit of perseverance as it kept sliding back out, but I eventually got it to stay in. The double feels totally different to the single (I must have been doing something wrong with the single). Once in I went about my afternoon as normal. The double didn't feel heavy and I didn't feel the need to pee, but I did feel a nice pleasure when walking about with this in. It's not enough to actually do anything but it feels nice. The cord was a bit off putting as it moves about and can be uncomfortable if in the wrong place. So although it's intended purpose was to tone, using the double Kegel has given me a nice surprise. It turns out I got on very well with them, but sadly one of the balls split open! So I needed some new ones. Yep, I enjoyed them so much I NEEDED some new ones. My partner ended up buying me these ones as a cheeky gift (he also quite liked me wearing them and wanted them replaced). Now, I skipped the singular, lighter ball and went straight the Duo Kegel balls. But I do like that set gives you that option. It's particularly useful for complete beginners. The Duo balls are a little heavier than my previous jiggle balls, but I'm still able to wear them comfortably and with full control. They glide in easy as anything with a little bit of lube (I like to add some tingle lube for extra sensation) and the strong, stretchy string makes removing them a breeze too. The free roaming weights inside each ball really make themselves known, particularly with quick movements. I promise you'll never get bored of running up the stairs when these are in place! You know when you have to vigorously shake the ketchup bottle to get the last bit out? Oh, that's fun! Popping these balls in is now part of my morning routine. They just add a little bit of pleasure to my day and give me a reason to smile whilst I'm work. They don't make me achieve orgasm or anything quite as exciting as that. The duo balls are a little heavier than my previous jiggle balls but I'm still able to wear them comfortably and with full control. Having used once, both the single and then the double, they will now sit in my naughty drawer forever. No market in second hand kegel balls !! Or maybe I should try all 3.

This set visually is lovely, it has a soft feel to the packaging and feminine. The balls are made from a soft silicone material which are lovely to touch and easy to keep clean. I’ve only so far managed to use the beginner weight, inserting them is easy just add slight bit of lube and they go in without any friction or uncomfortable feeling, I didn’t manage to keep it in for the time suggested of 15 minutes, I only got to about 10. I purchased my first jiggle balls several months ago. Not wanting to waste money if I didn't get on with them, I went for something cheap and beginner friendly.
