This is the best prostate massager I've owned, I've bought a few, e.g. the full-sized Aneros Progasm, the Lelo Bob, anal fantasy ass-gasm, Kaplan Vibrating Prostate massager, but I always come back to this one - I guess for me it just fits and touches my Prostate nicely. I guess different men are all a little bit different inside their bum and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. I bought this with the hope that it might give me an orgasm with just one tenth of the intensity I once had with another man. It did feel really good going in. It's shiny ultra smooth surface barely needs any lube. My problem was that it never felt comfortable, except when on my back with my legs spread.
