I wanted heavier kegel balls to add a bit more resistance from my usual silicone weights.These are a good weight and trainer. Take the tag off so that doesn’t get uncomfortable in your undies and then slide them in with or without lube.Im not brave enough to wear these outside of the house just yet for fear of them slipping out after my muscles get fatigued but they’re great for at home and I’m increasing my time gradually.These are nice and comfortable and easy to slide in with a good weight behind them. As someone who struggles to orgasm I have tried various things to help. I have other Kegal trainers and pleasure balls but they do nothing for me at all - I don’t even have to work to keep them in.
