Absolute game changer and so electrifying. EM140 is so powerful and is a must-have for anyone's collection. I did start off electro play with the EM60 flick which was a good introduction, but could never give me that hands-free orgasm I was looking for. The EM140 on the other hand is so powerful and so easy to use and I use the electro cock loops, which I find so much better than those pads. It's so much better when I explore the many settings to find out what feels better than the other, how I respond with the different settings and intensity levels. I've had so many hands-free orgasms to the point that my legs are full on shaking and I have to turn off the power box because it becomes so sensitive when it gets me over the edge. So awesome. This is a game changer for me. As a male who considers himself experienced with a prostate massager, this is a game changer. I was looking at ElectraStim products for years but was put off by the price, but I went for the plunge ordering the more powerful Em140 SensaVox rather than the cheaper Em60-m Flick or Em80-E as I have learned from previous mistakes with other toys and cheaper options. I ordered it along with the ElectraStim Bi-Polar Intruder Electrosex Metal Butt Plug 4.5 Inch and I’m glad I made the investment. The sensations you get are out of this world. I took it easy on the first try going up to level 16 out of 99 on the power settings and was amazed and very satisfied, on the second sitting. I was a lot more brave and adventurous taking the power level up to 50 and OMG. At one point it felt like I was being fucked. The plug was penetrating me at a rate of knots as if someone was pumping me. I was able to build up the speed and power using the easy to control dials. I quickly got back online and ordered the ElectraStim Uni-Polar Metallic Adjustable Cock Loops and when they arrived I used them by themselves without the plug, and on one particular setting it felt like I was being given what I can only describe as a toothy blowjob, which felt amazing. I am yet to use the plug and loops together, but I cannot wait. I cannot recommend the investment into the world of ElectraStim enough. So if you're into estim already and want to upgrade it, or just starting out and want to do it properly, then this is the unit to choose It comes in a nice little carry case lined with foam that holds everything plus room a few extra toys that you may have. The batteries for this unit will last for a decent amount of time. I got three long sessions out of it at high power, but you can use mains power to save battery life if you don't mind the extra wire. The sensitivity settings are fabulous. With the penis loops you can't even feel number 1. It's so low, but with each twist of the dial it goes up 1, and when you get to about 6 you feel a nice little tingle, and with every step it gets more intense. It's pleasurable to about 35, and then it becomes too powerful and can be used to torture if you have a cruel mistress/master. This unit really comes into it' own though when using larger estim anal toys. The EM80 unit doesn't have the power required to really use the larger estim anal toys, but with this unit you really can feel them working. I've had many hands-free orgasms using this unit. The patterns are amazing and the strength it put out out is terrific Best sex toy I have.

Had some trepidation when I first used this but if you take things easy and follow some basic rules you have nothing to worry about. Combined with some of the larger plugs, penis rings etc you are setting yourself up for some truly mind-blowing experiences.
