I loved this product. You defernatly need to charge it up before you use it becuause i started using it and wasnt very impressed but then once it is charged it is much more powerful. I do always give it a bit of a charge before i use it everytime as I find it can feel a bit flat at the end of a sesson if i dont but over all a good prodcut
