Each shade of pink corresponds to an individual weight, from the pastel 1oz/28g version to the 1.3oz/38g dusty rose and the 1.7oz/48g deep pink. You'll simply get into a comfortable position and gently push your chosen Exerciser into place, leaving the removal cord outside your body. You can use a little water based lube to help, if you'd like. One it's properly in place, you shouldn't feel any discomfort, just a sexy sense of awareness. Simply flex your pelvic floor muscles against the sphere to complete a kegel, then repeat.
