If I’m short on time, but still want to use the pump in the morning, I put on the Bathmate with the strap and keep it on whilst I’m getting things ready for work. Overall, I am really pleased with this product, and would say it’s near essential to get the most out of the Bathmate. The only issue for me is the cost for what you are getting. I would say that £19.99 is quite steep, for what the strap is.
