Yes it does work

I have had the Bathmate Hydromax X20 for nearly a year now, it's so good I have just decided to get the X30. The product as always arrived very quickly and was well packed. I couldn't wait so after a quick look at the instructions I used it straight away. I use it regularly with a few days off a week. It has improved size, erections and performance, my sex life is so much better since having this great product. I am now going for the X30 as it should give me more girth, however, I don't regret buying this product at all. Don't think about it just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Actual measurements

Because the BM size guide is quite confusing, here are actual measurements: 8.5” interior length uncompressed 7.25” compressed Compressing the gaiter takes off about 1.25” of interior length The 6” mark is really just under 6.25” when fully compressed. The comfort pad seems to add about 0.25” to the measurement sticker. So when you hit 6", you're really at 6.25". Opening diameter just under 2", maybe 1-15/16” or 1-7/8” I consider myself average and while BM advertises the X30 for the average guy. The X20 is actually a better size.

Smaller's better

I bought the X20, even though I got the X30 some years ago. Although the X30 did bring me some increase in girth, it didn't bring much permanent increase in length. I put it down to my being too small, but nonetheless, continued with it. Then the X20 came out. I decided to get that when I could afford to and it has made more of an impact in a month than the X30 did over 4 years. For starters, it is an improvement on the X30, with a smaller aperture, which also improves suction. I have found as well as the increase in girth, it has given me a slight increase in length and the results do last. That wasn't the case with the X30, where things reverted to normal after a few hours. I have started to use it with a stretchy cock ring, which seals up the aperture even more, to create a stronger vacuum, it also helps push my foreskin back over, which is something that happens with the Bathmate as a side effect. If you're uncircumcised, your foreskin will be stretched back over the head and with the increase in girth and length, makes it rather difficult to get back over. It actually feels like I will get permanent results with this Bathmate over time, the X30 was just too big and I wish the X20 had been available 4 years ago, as I'd have the results now.

It is very soft and I imagine would fit most men. The pump delivers a fantastic amount of pressure. As soon as I started pumping, I quickly started growing. After a few pumps my penis was doing his best to fill the cylinder, his head turning purple and veins bulging along his length. The short-term improvements seem incredible to me. The pump does take a bit of getting used to, but making sure you get a good seal at the bottom is simple with the ergonomic style to fit your body shape. I've been using this for a few months now and can say that I’ve seen long-term improvements in girth and length. Furthermore, within the pump, the scale is obvious to gauge your progress. The pressure is even along the penis. Fantastic product. Overall. I think the kit is fantastic value for money. The pump is so powerful and not comparable to anything else on the market. Must-buy!

I was a bit concerned at first as I’m not a rich man and this states it’s for penis size up to 6”, which I am over, but I thought there’d be plenty of room “for growth” so I went for it. Am delighted to say that there is plenty of room for growth indeed but soon found I was filling the length after only a week. It’s my own fault! I should have gone bigger and will very soon upgrade to a bigger model. I first had to get to grips with how this type of pump works and I have developed a love/hate relationship with it. I love the suction on it, when I use it successfully, it’s really strong and works a treat. Girth has improved, as expected, but also length, which was a negligible gain previously. I’m not saying it’s adding inches, far from it, but it’s more of a positive result I’m seeing although it’s worth keeping up with using it as these things tend to be temporary gains but, as they say, time will tell. I love using it in the bath, I get best use of this there. Surrounded by hot water is so relaxing, laying back with the sensations these things provide, and seems to provide better results. But I can’t be having a bath every day which leads me on to the shower. I hate using it in the shower. The separately sold strap would be a good purchase as if you let this drop for any length of time then it’s really easy for air to leak in and lose suction, you really do have to keep one hand on it to keep is flush against the body. Having a shower that lasts around 25 minutes is also not feasible. The instructions on this advise to use the pump for 5 minutes at a time, then relax and massage, and no more than 15 minutes in total in the pump so time really needs to be spent and running a shower for that long really isn’t energy efficient! Tricky. So I combine it with shower and then out of the shower, taking time shaving and tarting about until my session is done which is a bit of a failure. Once out of the shower it’s so much easier to lose suction as the seal is lessened. There’s no easy fix to this, I think, but would be willing to test the strap to see if this helps as it’s not practical to keep one hand holding the pump. I could so easily have broken the switch!
