Description
The Heart Yoni Egg by Chakrubs is a hand-sculpted, medium or large-sized Kegel exerciser crafted from 100% natural rose quartz crystal, designed to support pelvic floor health and emotional well-being through the ancient practice of yoni egg insertion.
Material Safety and Energy
Unlike plastic or silicone alternatives, this exerciser is carved entirely from natural rose quartz, a stone valued for its association with the heart chakra and unconditional love. As a crystal with a hardness of 7 or higher on the Moh's scale, the surface is non-porous and smooth, ensuring that bacteria cannot penetrate the material. This composition makes it inherently body-safe and free from phthalates, chemicals, or artificial dyes, providing a clean canvas for intimate care that resonates with a soft, feminine energy of compassion and receptivity.
Physical Dimensions and Weight
The egg features a measured flat width of 1.18 inches and a length of 1.65 inches, weighing approximately 0.2 lb (2 oz). These dimensions classify it as a medium or large size option, suitable for users seeking a slightly more substantial sensation or those who have already progressed with smaller sizes. The weight provides a gentle, grounding presence during practice, while the smooth, polished surface allows for comfortable insertion and movement within the vaginal canal without irritation.
Usage and Pelvic Floor Benefits
Originating from practices dating back over 2,000 years, yoni egg exercises are intended to increase awareness of the pelvic floor muscles and build strength in the area. By contracting and relaxing these muscles around the inserted crystal, users can improve bladder control, alleviate urinary incontinence, and potentially intensify orgasms over time. The practice also encourages a deeper connection to one's own body, fostering a sense of personal fulfillment and helping to reawaken the heart to its innate capacity for love.
Emotional and Spiritual Support
Beyond physical strengthening, The Heart Yoni Egg is designed to address emotional and spiritual needs. The rose quartz component is believed to help reveal self-confidence, heal internal childhood wounds, and reprogram the heart to receive love. Users often report that the practice fosters a generous outlook, enhances feelings of compassion and forgiveness, and provides comfort to those grieving or in pain. It serves as a tool for balancing yin-yang energy and releasing blockages related to anger, resentment, fear, and suspicion, ultimately supporting the cultivation of sweetness, softness, and expansion in one's emotional life.
Compatibility and Versatility
This specific model is non-drilled, meaning it does not have a hole or string for removal. This design simplifies the cleaning process, as there are no crevices for bacteria to hide, and eliminates the risk of the egg getting lost inside the body. It can be used with any personal lubricant to ensure smooth insertion, and its non-porous surface allows for easy cleaning with mild soap and warm water. The egg is also compatible with other Chakrubs products, such as the Heart Chakra Hood, allowing for a more comprehensive intimate wellness routine.
Care and Maintenance
Proper care is essential for maintaining the integrity of the natural crystal. To clean the egg, simply rinse it under warm water and gently wash with a mild, anti-bacterial soap. Avoid using boiling water, as extreme heat can cause surface damage to the crystal. After cleaning, store the egg in a cool, dry place, ideally in a breathable pouch or on a designated stand, to prevent moisture buildup and maintain its energetic properties. Regular cleaning ensures the egg remains hygienic and ready for your next practice session.
